How to connect Bluetooth headphones with my Samsung Smart TV?
Before connecting to a TV, please verify the following:
Check: Bluetooth headphones designed exclusively for mobile devices are not compatible with your Samsung Smart TV.
Check: Bluetooth signals can be obstructed by walls, corners, or furniture, potentially causing poor connectivity.
Check: Only one Bluetooth device can be paired with the TV at a time. Samsung Smart TVs manufactured from 2022 can connect to two Bluetooth devices.
Check: A significant distance between the Bluetooth device and the TV may disrupt the connection.
Connecting to a TV using the Bluetooth function can be done in two ways:
Option 1: Via Quick Settings
Step 1. Press and hold the pairing button on the Bluetooth headphones you wish to connect.
Step 2. Turn on your TV and press the Home button on the remote.
Step 3. Navigate to Source > Connection Guide
Step 4. Select Audio Device > Bluetooth
Step 5. Utilize the Directional pad for the next step and then press Set Up Now.
Set your Bluetooth device to initiate the pairing process.
Option 2: Via Settings menu
Step 1. Press and hold the pairing button on the Bluetooth headphones you want to connect.
Step 2. Turn on your TV and press Home > Settings
Step 3. Select Sound > Sound Output
Step 4. Select Bluetooth Speaker List.
Step 5. When the headphones you want to connect to appear on the screen, press Select to complete the pairing.
Set your Bluetooth device to start actively pairing.
How to use PC on TV by Screen Sharing?
How to enable Screen Share:
Samsung TVs are also equipped with Wi-Fi Direct, enabling effortless screen sharing between TVs and PCs. To share your PC’s screen on your TV or vice versa, follow the on-screen instructions to adjust your settings and connect the TV to a computer using Wi-Fi.
Step 1. On your PC, choose Management Center or Device from the notifications area in the taskbar.
Step 2. Select Connect or Press, then pick your TV to finalize the connection.
Please note:
• Screen Sharing is compatible with Windows 10.
• There is no resolution limit, as the PC screen is captured in real-time.
How to use PC on TV by Samsung DeX?
How to enable Screen Share:
You can use your mobile device as a PC with Samsung DeX on a larger screen. Galaxy devices offer Wireless DeX, allowing your mobile to connect to a Smart TV via Wi-Fi, enabling you to access Samsung DeX whenever you need it.
Step 1. Access Samsung DeX from the PC on TV menu.
The onscreen guide will be displayed.
Step 2. Follow the onscreen guide, pull down the notifications bar on your phone, and tap the DeX button.
Step 3. Select a TV to establish the connection.
Step 4. Tap the Start now button.
Upon completing the aforementioned steps, your TV screen will transition to your Samsung DeX screen.
The connection initiated from your phone is stored on your TV. You can promptly access Samsung DeX again whenever needed.
